Copywriter & Social Media Specialist in Jooycar

We are looking for a creative mind passionate about building communities through the expression of our different brands. Someone who can express what we are doing in the Insurtech industry, where we want to go, and how we are walking that journey. You will be our voice on social media. You will be leading the brand position of Jooycar on the net. Throughout your communication, our brand will interact with our different audiences. You will be responsible for the creative copywriting and community management for Jooycar social media, Instagram - LinkedIn, Facebook, and our Blog.

• Produce engaging and interesting content for our differents channels social media (Linkedin, Facebook & Instagram) and Corporate blog
• Support on the creation of a newsletter for our stakeholders.
• Set plan and implement social media strategy for our different products.
• Finding new opportunities of content creation for our different stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Communications Leader to ensure alignment of messaging and innovation.
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Communications teams to own content calendars and campaign execution (when is implemented).

• Journalist, publicist, or similar university degree.
• Work experience as a creative copywriter, community manager or similar role.
• More than 3 years of experience.
• Your Spanish and English written skills are exceptional.
• Bilingual or English native speaker. (at least certification B2 is needed)
• We are a tech company, so WE LOVE DATA. You need to have the ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
• You will be part of the Communications team, you need to have excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
