The Email and Retention Specialist will join our retention marketing team, responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and repurchase rates. This role supports multiple clients by delivering personalized, on-brand communications designed to strengthen customer relationships and foster loyalty.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in retention marketing for DTC brands, with proven hands-on expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify. You should have a strong ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making and demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Key technical skills include:

• Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaign building, audience segmentation, and dynamic content creation.
• Experience managing email and SMS marketing automation flows.
• Familiarity with Shopify and direct response marketing principles.
