We’re moving from no-code → AI-driven creation and need a marketer to turn that story into steady inbound with BOFU content, practical SEO, and founder-led LinkedIn.

You’ll work directly with the founder collaborate with product for crisp demos/inputs, and keep a simple cadence: plan on Monday, publish/update mid-week, light review Friday. Stack: HubSpot only.

Why now: We want compounding, zero-fluff SEO and founder-led LinkedIn that generates qualified conversations, not vanity metrics :)

What you’ll do

Content & SEO: Produce 1 BOFU and 1–2 MOFU articles per month; refresh 2 LinkedIn posts for quick SEO gains; develop a mini keyword map and a pillar + cluster strategy to compound reach.
Growth & Distribution: Own the content briefs from ideation to distribution, ensuring alignment with product messaging and growth objectives; integrate internal linking, FAQs, and schema where helpful.
LinkedIn & Thought Leadership: Lead founder-led LinkedIn activities: publish 3 posts/week, repurpose long-form content into 3–5 posts plus 1 carousel/clip, and perform daily targeted engagement (15–20 min).
Product Story Translation: Convert AI-driven product narratives into clear BOFU assets (before/after, short GIFs/clips) with guardrails for approve/undo.
Quality & Impact: Deliver clean, fast drafts with a strong POV for product/growth audiences; ensure practical SEO quality (titles, H1/H2s, internal links, FAQ/schema).

Role overview and expectations

We’re seeking a senior Growth Marketing Contractor who can think, write, and distribute. You’re strong at BOFU-first content and practical SEO (titles, H1/H2s, internal links, FAQ/schema when useful) and you know how to make founder-led LinkedIn work. You own briefs → write → publish → distribute with light input from the founder. Y

You’re comfortable interviewing customers, updating existing posts before net-new, and keeping a simple weekly plan.

Desirable qualifications

  1. 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS content/PMM with a portfolio showing long-form content and active LinkedIn presence.
  2. Ability to outline simple carousels or brief a designer for visuals/short clips
  3. Experience with B2B SaaS audiences (PM, PMM, Growth)
  4. Comfortable writing and speaking in English
  5. Some video production / editing skills are a plus
  6. Familiarity with Search Console and GA for basic checks

Scope options:
