We are seeking someone with experience in building growth loops, network effects and other strategies to drive long-term sustainable growth. You will also coach the Marketing team to hit our volume goals using a combination of in-house and agency covering paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, demand gen, brand awareness, and more. You will be the visionary responsible for scouting where our Marketing efforts go 6-12 months from now and what hires we’ll need to get there in order to hit our ever-increasing volume goals.
You will drive high level strategy and also get in the weeds yourself at times. You will work with the Sales team to make sure we hit our goals from top to bottom of the funnel by testing new campaigns and initiatives, scaling what works, motivating and mentoring, and building the team that Bright needs. You will also be responsible for efficient and effective communication with our broader executive team on behalf of the Marketing department.
