Job functions

The Head of Growth is responsible for overseeing company revenue, developing and executing plans to reach our targets, including expanding our service across countries and growing total processed volume of payments.

The candidate will work with company founders and leadership teams across operations, product, technology and finance, reporting directly to the company COO. In addition, will collaborate on strategy formation and our product team to provide input into our product roadmap to take ideas into a reality.

We’re looking for someone that is data-oriented and has prior experience at the role (or similar roles) implementing strategies and the tools to execute on the plan.

This role is ideal for someone that will be building the grounds for long term growth, dealing with both building and execution simultaneously. Having experience in B2B saas/software growth, worked with marketing and sales teams are a plus.

What you’ll do, our agreement with you:

  • Lead and continue building a nascent sales and marketing team within the company
  • Implement CRM and marketing tools and processes
  • Own and lead PAGO46 merchant acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Use data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing
  • Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities and mid-term lead generation
  • Building win-win relationships with new and existing partners
  • Improve processes and tools to increase team effectiveness
  • Build out content strategies for our users and merchant funnels
  • Drive vision and integrated strategy for growth marketing efforts across all touch points, including paid acquisition, SEO, SEM, retargeting and lifecycle marketing

Qualifications and requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a product or growth marketing/operational role, ideally in Marketplace or B2B saas companies
  • Experience managing complex workstreams and plan effectively across multiple initiatives
  • Proven experience using data and analytics to influence and inform strategy
  • Demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing data, running A/B testing
  • Knowledge of webflow, hubspot, customer.io and google analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with track record of translating data into insights and communicating to appropriate stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills, motivating and challenging teams at all levels of the organization, a plus
  • Experience in product development or management, with agile and scrum certifications are a plus
  • Digital marketer certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plusm

Desirable skills
