Funciones del cargo 💪

Codster's digital marketing team is looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist who wants to be part of our business growth process. This role will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing our integrated marketing campaigns for the technology services market in digital payment channels. You will be the person in charge of strategies to generate awareness and generation of demand for our solutions for different sectors in the technology market. You will enter to support the marketing and sales team with the planning and optimization of campaigns.

Job responsibilities of your position 💪

- Plan and carry out marketing programs in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, which allow you to leverage the core services of Codster and focus on delivering results month by month.

- Knowledge about the LinkedIn pixel and conversion tracking in Google Ads.

- Knowledge of SEO off Page to generate positioning strategies on the Codster website.

- Coordinate the delivery of digital campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing team.

- Work together with the Marketing team to create LinkedIn campaign pieces and digital components.

- Report monthly and quarterly updates to sales and marketing teams on campaign status.

- Guide and make recommendations on how to engage customers effectively through digital channels, e.g. cadence, frequency, etc., to support business objectives and improve the customer experience.

Requerimientos del cargo 🚀

- Proven work experience in B2B marketing and experience working crosswise within a technical environment in a similar role.

- Experience in marketing of B2B technology offers or services for the technology industry.

- Excellent planning skills.

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in marketing for IT and the financial services market.
