Apply Digital LATAM is looking for a Marketing Director with 8+ years of agency and/or corporate experience to work on marketing projects that support the growth of our brand in LATAM. The candidate will work closely with the global marketing team and help our LATAM team achieve their financial, brand, internal communications, and growth objectives.

Responsibilities will change from day to day but will include the following:

  • Manage a team of a designer and a writer, and set up all operational processes for the LATAM Marketing team
  • Influence and execute strategy for content, events, media, digital, social, and PR for the LATAM region
  • Play a key role in the development of go-to-market plans and our narrative in the market along with the LATAM Leadership team
  • Work with the LATAM Business Development team and Global Marketing team to deliver on business growth objectives and build a brand for Apply Digital in the LATAM region
  • Work with the LATAM Leadership team, People Operations team, and Global Marketing team to enable internal communication and support employee experience
  • Work closely with the LATAM Recruitment team to help build our recruitment brand across the region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/numerical, business fields, or social sciences field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in a top-tier agency, management consulting, or marketing team of a fast-growing global company
  • Computer literate with proficiency in G-Suite
  • A native ability to write and speak in Spanish
  • A high-level proficiency in communicating in English.

Must Haves:

  • Prior team management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to manage up and down
  • An empathic approach to relationship building
  • Strong strategic abilities, especially with respect to planning, project delivery, creativity, design, and research
  • An understanding of business growth and brand management
  • Digital marketing mastery with demonstrable knowledge and experience in social media marketing, content marketing, and strategic marketing
  • Strong experience in creative work such as advertising, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Confident in switching contexts and working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven track record of prioritizing your workload and problem-solving independently.

  • You focus on solutions, not problems, and prefer to stay positive even in times of stress

  • An understanding of statistics and data analytics.
