Job functions

  1. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, optimize ad spend, and analyze performance data to continually refine our SEM strategies.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct thorough SEO audits, implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies, and monitor key metrics to improve our organic search rankings and visibility.
  3. Content Creation and Strategy: Craft compelling content for a variety of platforms, including our website, blogs, and social media. You'll be responsible for aligning content with SEO strategies, engaging our audience, and enhancing brand presence.
  4. Multichannel Marketing: Implement and coordinate marketing efforts across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze data from different marketing channels to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for strategy adjustments.
  6. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive results and set us apart in the influencer marketing space.

Qualifications and requirements

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields with substantial mathematical content. This educational foundation is crucial for the analytical and data-driven aspects of the role.
  2. Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record in SEM, SEO, and content creation. Experience in managing PPC campaigns, implementing SEO strategies, and crafting engaging content across various digital platforms.
  3. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is essential.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website analytics tools is a plus.
  5. Creative and Strategic Thinking: A knack for creating compelling marketing content coupled with the ability to strategize and implement effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  6. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, necessary for creating content and collaborating with team members.
  7. Self-Motivated and Adaptable: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive approach to tasks and projects. Must be comfortable with fast-paced and evolving work environments.
  8. Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within our global team.
  9. Additional Languages: Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is beneficial, but not required.
