We are looking for an individual with strong marketing operations experience who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and enjoys executing complex systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workflows while maintaining clear communication.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting founders or managing marketing operations
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp or Trello, and Canva
- Familiarity with Typeform, Zapier, and ConvertKit or the ability to quickly learn these tools
- Proven experience launching and managing marketing funnels
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to maintain internal workflows and client deliverables
- Good communication skills and light copywriting ability for marketing content
Soft skills including adaptability, self-motivation, collaboration with diverse teams, and a data-driven mindset are key to succeeding in this role.
