OliBank is looking for an experienced Public Relations and Growth Manager. If you are a smart "growth hacker" with software experience and Public Relations skills, this may be the perfect role.

This position is for you if: you dream of funnels, buying journeys and every possible path-to-growth; you use data gleaned from a variety of sources to inform decisions and you take that data to pull together the best people, processes, and platforms to gain incremental, iterative growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with partner success and product engineering to help develop big ideas and creative concepts. The ideal candidate is a top-notch communicator, strong writer, expert collaborator with a B2B SaaS background.

What’s needed:

- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

- Great content writing (Spanish/English)

- Public relations experience

- Growth hacking experience

- Strong analytical background with a passion for executing scalable media strategies

- An understanding that testing every assumption is vital to success, but measuring correctly and interpreting the results are just as important

- Ability to prioritize and optimize growth channels

- Ability to scale and automate the growth processes

- Strong communication, both verbal and written (critical for the job and remote employment)

- Previous experience in technology a must, experience in FinTech is even better

- 100% Self-starter mentality

- Willingness to put in the work and be part of an elite team.
