Now Hiring: Art Director

We are looking for an experienced and driven Art Director to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in client communication, and has a passion for guiding remote creative teams to deliver high-quality results. You will play a key role in maintaining our design standards and supporting the growth of both our team and client relationships.

• Lead client communication, including calls and strategic support tailored to client needs
• Identify new project opportunities and areas for service improvement
• Provide direction to project managers to ensure alignment with client goals and team capabilities
• Foster effective collaboration between clients and the creative team
• Support customer inquiries and maintain a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support remote teams in delivering exceptional creative work
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Extensive experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
