What You’ll Do:

Create motion graphics for digital ads, social content, product explainers, and branding materials.
Collaborate closely with creative teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and animate engaging visual stories.
Maintain high quality and consistency in animations, refining work based on feedback.
Organize and manage editable project files for efficient production handoffs.
Work effectively across global time zones within an async-friendly, collaborative workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation.
Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, along with strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
Solid understanding of typography, pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm to create compelling stories.
Ability to follow and enhance visual brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams.
Reliable and capable technical setup including a laptop/desktop, 720p+ webcam, clear audio equipment, and stable internet connection.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience designing for SaaS companies, creative agencies, or product-focused teams.
Are familiar with tools such as Canva, Figma animations, or Lottie for motion design.
Bring positive energy and a good sense of humor (memes included!) to team communication channels like Slack.
Have an impressive showreel that showcases your ability to capture and hold attention.
