As a Senior UX Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing user-facing features, translating design systems into maintainable front-end code, and collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless user experience. You'll work with frameworks like React or Vue, and you'll help us adopt AI tools that improve both speed and quality in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Figma or design concepts into responsive, accessible, and high-performance UIs
Build and maintain front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue)
Collaborate with designers and product managers to solve usability challenges and ensure design fidelity
Help maintain internal design systems and reusable component libraries
Use AI tools to assist with prototyping, testing, and documentation
Participate in code reviews and support the growth of junior engineers
Advocate for best practices in accessibility, performance, and UX consistency

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Fluent in English, minimum C1 or C2 levels.
5+ years of experience in front-end or UX engineering
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
Experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or similar
Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability principles, and front-end performance
Familiarity with consuming APIs (RESTful or GraphQL)
Comfortable using AI-powered dev tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code generation)
Ability to collaborate closely with design and product teams
Clear, proactive communicator with a user-first mindset

We seek a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of front-end engineering while maintaining a practical approach to delivering elegant, scalable user interfaces.

Bonus Skills and Experience

Experience with backend frameworks such as Laravel or Spring Boot, providing a broader understanding of full-stack development.
Experience with UI/UX design.
Interest or expertise in conducting accessibility audits, front-end performance tuning using tools like Lighthouse, and improving Core Web Vitals such as Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).
Experience integrating or maintaining design systems within large-scale applications or complex product ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability or willingness to mentor junior developers and contractors, fostering their growth within the team.
