This project will redefine how we present our AI capabilities and value proposition to the market, serving as the public-facing hub for our modern, extensible retail analytics platform.

Role Summary

Lead visual design and brand refresh for the Krunchbox website (krunchbox.ai), driving a modern, confident, and intelligent web experience.
Create user-centered designs that clearly communicate our value proposition to different audience segments.
Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across devices and craft interactive elements and micro-interactions to boost engagement.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain a design system that embodies our core values: modern, confident, simple, intelligent, and scalable.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating website redesigns and brand refresh projects.
Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches.
Understanding of accessibility best practices and inclusive design.
Experience with design systems and component libraries, plus knowledge of web typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with analytics and data visualization design; ability to translate data into intuitive UI.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in brand strategy and visual identity development.
Understanding of modern web development practices and constraints.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of design handoff processes for development teams.
