We are currently looking for a Technical Mentor for our Project Labs (IT Academy program for Trainees), a dynamic educational area that aims to enhance the technical knowledge and professional skills of recent graduates, maximizing their abilities alongside technical knowledge and guiding them on their new professional journey.

• Be a mentor for motivated young people
• Quick learn and share your knowledge about software tools and technologies
• Organize trainings, sessions, knowledge sharing for IT Academy trainees
• Manage developing of real projects with group of trainees and delivery tech lead
• Improve your theoretical, practical and soft skills
• Be an active, creative and responsible in preparing of qualified junior staff for Softserve

• Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
• A holder of 3+ years of experience as Technical Mentor in educational programs such as: Bootcamps, Coderhouse, CodeCamp, Universities, technical schools, etc.
• Experienced teaching and practical using modern OOP languages such as: C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Skilled to teach about Relational and non- relational Databases
• Experienced with Software Testing principles and CI/CD
• Skilled in Agile methodologies
• Demonstrating B2 English level (written and spoken) to cover daily communication with the students and team

• Nice to have experience working and/or teaching about Clouds, preferable: AWS
