Position: Technical Program Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description:
Manage software releases compliance, e.g. security, US government regulations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive PowerBI dashboard to monitor all risks, including service and security, as well as threats and follow-up items identified during security reviews.
Track the progress of these items and notify the responsible teams when any are approaching or have surpassed their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Prepare materials in advance to support a recurring leadership review meeting and send out a monthly summary email.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in managing software releases and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

· Strong understanding of release management processes and tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
