Full-Stack Developer in Waystone Software / Altitude

First and foremost we are a startup. That means rapid iterations, things changing, working hard as a team. That also means that as a fullstack developer at Waystone, you won’t just write code — you’ll own entire workspaces. You will be building systems that are cutting edge, and meaningful.

You'll be:

• Translating business needs into clear, technical solutions
• Taking full responsibility for your features from design implementation to deployment
• Writing clean, tested, and secure code across frontend and backend
• Contributing to the team by flagging risks, suggesting improvements, and communicating often and clearly

We are looking for developers with:

• Experience working with AI assistant tools to enhance the delivery of clean, quick, and consistent code
• 4+ years of experience with React and Next.js (or similar frameworks)
• Strong frontend and backend skills — layouts, responsive design, smooth UI interactions
• Solid experience connecting frontends to APIs (REST or GraphQL)
• Familiarity working with Node.js backends and Prisma ORM
• English proficiency (C or higher) — we need clear communication on a small team
• Strong sense of ownership: you’re proactive, manage your tasks, and work independently
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
