HyreDay is building a dynamic Paid Media team that collaborates with US-based clients from a flexible, remote-friendly environment. We are hiring a B2B Content Marketer to join our growing agency. In this role, you will contribute to strategy, create and manage a diverse content portfolio, and drive content-led growth across multiple channels. You’ll align closely with our sales and marketing objectives to attract, nurture, and convert high-value B2B targets.

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in content marketing or copywriting for B2B applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating content that targets business audiences. Experience with high-ticket or marketing agency environments is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational skills. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership teams. Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
Experience with audience research using third-party tools and a solid understanding of the target audience. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GHL or similar) and ESPs (MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics or similar tools. Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable content strategies.
