Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced High Ticket Lead Generation Media Buyer and Performance Marketer who will spearhead all internal marketing operations. This role involves overseeing the full spectrum of demand generation activities, particularly focusing on marketing agencies campaigns.

Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns aimed at attracting high-value leads.
Supervise the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure seamless data flow and lead nurturing.
Support sales operations with data-led insights, optimal lead flow and lead qualification systems.
Lead creative development initiatives including copywriting, ad creatives, and funnel architecture.
Build, test, and continuously optimize marketing funnels to maximize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Scale currently profitable campaigns 2-3X
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and creative teams to streamline campaign execution.
Analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions and tactical improvements.
Measure, manage and optimize all reporting systems and dashboards & produce reports weekly

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and analytical marketing professional who excels in the fast-paced startup environment. You should demonstrate extensive experience managing high-ticket lead generation campaigns, particularly with marketing agencies focused on application growth.

Proven expertise in paid media buying across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
Deep understanding of CRM platforms - ideally HighLevel and sales operations to maintain efficient lead management processes.
Strong copywriting skills tailored towards high-conversion marketing funnels.
Experience in funnel building and optimization to improve customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
Excellent project management capabilities with an eye for creative development supervision.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from campaign analytics.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
