WHO we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition specialist to join our US team in Spain.

The person in this role will be part of multicultural and distributed talent acquisition team based in Spain, Mexico, Chile and USA.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate hunter of IT profiles (backend, frontend, devops, architects & mobile among others), with high english skills and previous proven international hunting experience (desirable knowledge of the US market and visa processes).

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate pipeline, identify, engage and secure top talented candidates (both passive and active) in Spain, Mexico, Chile, and the US.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the international recruitment process using sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requirement.
  • Maintain a successful offer acceptance rate.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
  • Be the face of the company during the recruiting process, so you must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the onboarding.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.
  • Coordinate closely with other recruiting members to innovate our search strategy for talent pooling.
  • Maintains the internal job board and other platforms.
  • Be involve in other tasks as; onboarding survey, exit interviews, internal trainings or represent the company at job fairs and interview events, among others.

What will you need

  • 5+ years’ experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting role with heavy sourcing expectations.
  • Experience in high volumen international recruiting, strong sourcing & networking skills with ability to source passive candidates.
  • Previous proven experience searching technical profiles (backend, frontend, devops, architects & mobile among others).
  • Proven experience using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
  • Experience partnering with Managers and Recruiters to refine job descriptions and target profiles.
  • Understanding of immigration, relocation, compensation, and overall market trends and experience working across the US market with visa processes knowledge will be a plus.
  • Advanced English level is a must
