Role Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Clera, you will play a critical role in bridging exceptional talent with leading AI start-ups. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with top-tier software engineering and GTM (Go-To-Market) talent primarily in the US market through multiple communication channels such as email, phone calls, and video conferences.
  • Thoroughly understanding candidates’ skills, career goals, and preferences to accurately match them with appropriate job openings within our growing network of AI-focused companies.
  • Actively pitching and presenting candidates to partner companies, managing communication flow and feedback between talent and hiring teams to facilitate smooth and efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborating closely with the founding team as part of our early-stage core group, providing valuable input to refine recruiting strategies and contribute to the company’s success.
You will initially work on-site in El Poblado to fully integrate into the team and processes, with plans to transition to a remote work setup as the company scales.

Candidate Profile & Required Skills

We are searching for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, start-up environments. The ideal candidate exhibits strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with excellent English proficiency to facilitate seamless interactions with candidates and partner companies globally.
Key qualifications include:
  • Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or talent sourcing roles, including managing candidate or lead pipelines and conducting interviews or outreach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and present opportunities persuasively to hiring companies.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving processes typical of a scrappy, early-stage start-up.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent candidate cases and maintain clear, timely communication.
  • A genuine passion for technology and AI, with a desire to contribute to the growth of pioneering companies in this space.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, resilient, and open to taking on different challenges as we scale our recruitment platform and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be a strong plus:
  • Direct experience recruiting software engineers and Go-To-Market roles in the US market.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging technology sectors, providing insight into the candidates’ technical backgrounds and industry trends.
  • Experience working in or with start-ups, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Additional language skills beyond English that could help reach a more diverse talent pool.
  • Proficiency with recruiting software tools and CRMs to efficiently track candidate pipelines and communications.

Work Environment & Benefits

Joining Clera means becoming part of an innovative AI start-up culture that values talent, transparency, and growth. You will work directly with the founders and early leadership, gaining exposure to the foundational stages of a fast-growing company.
Initially, you will enjoy an in-office experience in the vibrant El Poblado neighborhood, fostering collaboration and team cohesion. Over time, the position will evolve into a remote working arrangement, offering flexibility while keeping strong ties with the team.
We offer a unique opportunity to contribute directly to reshaping how AI companies hire, learn continuously about emerging technologies, and build your career in a high-impact role.
