What would make you a good fit for the job?

🧠 You have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR or related field
♻️ You have up to 2 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
👩🏻‍💻 You read the words: Python, Node.js, AWS & Javascript and know what we're talking about (experience in tech recruiting is a must)
🇺🇸 You are a fluent Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English (you must feel comfortable interviewing in English)
