As a remote-first company, we employ a world-class international team across the world and we are looking for a motivated tech recruiter to join us on the mission.

You will work directly with founders to create and become a number one choice for engineers and tech talent who are looking to find their next remote career opportunity.

The Problems You’ll Solve

  • Take ownership of the hiring process to grow our team fast and with the best talent worldwide
  • Understand the bigger picture of Remotesome and help us bring our product to a new level
  • Work with client's hiring managers to manage new openings from beginning to an end
  • Optimize job offers and choose the best ways to spread them using innovative strategies
  • Evaluate job application sources by checking data and quality of candidates from each source
  • Be responsible for screening candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help prepare amazing screening questions and interview templates to optimize the flow of candidates in our pipeline
  • Work with companies/clients to find the most suitable candidates. Our current benchmark is 1 in 4 interviewed candidate gets hired.
  • Bring our recruitment to a new level

Qualifications and requirements

You will be successful in this position if you

  • Love first principles thinking approach - you are talented at removing roadblocks and creative problem solving
  • Have a growth mindset - you welcome new challenges because the risks and potential failures are opportunities to learn and develop
  • Have a proven track record of end-to-end recruitment
  • You’re able to prioritize across many stakeholders and candidate pools without dropping the ball
  • You are self-motivated and extremely organized with high attention to detail
  • Have 3+ years’ experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced growing company
  • Have excellent written English and be comfortable communicating with people through a variety of channels
  • Knowledgeable of finding and attracting engineering talent in the LatAm region and have ideas on how to attract more talent onboard
