Neutral Farming is building the Smart Agriculture Platform centered on an Agricultural Digital Twin — an AI engine that virtually recreates real-world fields with up to 95% accuracy. By simulating and optimizing farming processes, we help clients improve profitability and transition toward sustainable production. The project integrates real-time data from irrigation and climate sensors, models forecasting weather impacts, and a scalable backend that supports production-grade AI workflows. You will own the lifecycle of core AI systems and the backend infrastructure that powers the digital twin, collaborating with data scientists, agronomists, and product teams to deliver measurable value for farmers and agribusinesses.
At Neutral Farming we are a team of 7 members across science, engineering and operations and you will be the first engineer leading the AI & Backend team working hand by hand with the CTO.
