As a Technical Development Partner, you will collaborate closely with our core team to co-build and scale two innovative AI-powered marketing solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and integrating machine learning models and APIs that connect data sources with front-end visualization tools.
You will lead the implementation of automation workflows for data ingestion, pipeline development, content operations, and user interaction with AI agents. Defining scalable architecture and ensuring seamless integrations across CRM, dashboard platforms, and cloud storage environments will be essential.
In this strategic role, you will contribute to refining the product roadmap, solving technical challenges, and overseeing deployment cycles and maintenance. Close communication and coordination with marketing domain experts and product strategists will be necessary to align technical solutions with user needs.
We seek a highly skilled technical partner with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation, particularly applied within marketing technology contexts. A strong background in developing and integrating APIs, working with data visualization platforms like Looker Studio, and connecting disparate CRM systems is essential.
Experience with cloud-based storage solutions and building content operations workflows is critical. You should be proficient in designing and implementing AI agents capable of natural language interactions or intelligent query responses.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work autonomously are required. Experience in drafting technical roadmaps and strategic planning for scaling software solutions is highly valued.
Because the existing draft roadmaps and potential solutions are already defined, we are looking for a proactive partner to bring technical direction and hands-on execution. Familiarity or willingness to work within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone is preferred to facilitate close collaboration.
Experience with marketing operations platforms and tooling, such as digital asset management (DAM) systems, will be a significant advantage. Prior work with AI conversational agents or chatbot frameworks integrated into BI dashboards is desirable.
Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques applicable to marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics will help enhance the AI-enhanced dashboard’s capabilities. Familiarity with Looker Studio’s API and customization options is a plus.
Comfort with agile development methodologies and startup environments will benefit the partnership approach.
Spanish language is preferred, and English is a must.
