As part of the Technical Support Engineering Team, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the FlashStart platform, providing critical analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, fixes, training, and operational support. You will collaborate closely with product, security, and customer success teams to ensure reliable platform performance and rapid incident resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within a globally distributed team, participate in mission-critical security initiatives, and grow your expertise in cutting-edge DNS filtering and cybersecurity technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, triage, and resolve technical issues reported by customers or internal teams related to the FlashStart platform.
Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and security events to identify root causes and craft effective fixes.
Develop and document known error steps, workarounds, and escalation paths to accelerate issue resolution.
Collaborate with R&D and security teams to reproduce problems in test environments and validate fixes.
Create and deliver technical knowledge base articles, tutorials, and training materials for customers and internal teams.
Assist in onboarding new customers, providing configuration guidance, and validating deployment success.
Participate in ongoing platform improvement initiatives by providing feedback from field experience and customer needs.
Maintain high-quality, timely communication with customers, ensuring clear expectations and updates throughout incident lifecycles.

Who we are looking for

Motivated individuals with a passion for cybersecurity and network/dns filtering technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Good communication skills in English; capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in technical support, IT operations, network engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with security best practices, incident management, and remote troubleshooting is desirable.
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience with DNS filtering platforms, VPNs, firewalls, and security monitoring tools.
Knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
Customer-facing experience with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Certifications in cybersecurity or networking (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA) are advantageous.
