Heyraise LLC is a dynamic branding and marketing agency exclusively serving capital raisers in the alternative asset sector. The company is advancing its technical capabilities with The Lynx—a proprietary white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM platform customized specifically for capital raising workflows such as investor funnels and webinars. Heyraise is simultaneously evolving this platform towards a fully in-house, real estate-focused SaaS CRM solution designed to innovate how capital raising and investor management are conducted within the industry. This role is central to that vision, supporting both the agency's current operations and its ambitious product development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle development, refinement, and maintenance of The Lynx, Heyraise's customized GoHighLevel CRM platform.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize comprehensive capital raising workflows including webinar funnels, nurture email sequences, call booking pipelines, investor segmentation, and automation triggers.
  • Develop and integrate intelligent automation solutions with AI agents, Zapier, Make, GPT-powered tools, and other data systems to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Set up and customize CRM infrastructure for each client project, including branded domains, calendar integrations, custom values, tagging systems, pipeline configurations, and deliverability optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Heyraise's founder and internal teams on strategic planning and technical execution of a future proprietary SaaS CRM platform focused on real estate capital raising.
  • Provide technical leadership and vision to transition the platform from a white-labeled product to a fully bespoke SaaS solution.
  • Act as a technical liaison during client onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing growth optimization initiatives to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to backend virtual assistants to maintain focus on high-impact system design and architecture.

Ideal Experience and Skills

We seek a candidate with expert-level mastery of GoHighLevel and familiarity with its SaaS reseller and agency model, particularly in the context of capital raising campaigns (Reg D, Reg CF).

Strong hands-on experience building and optimizing marketing automation systems involving email and SMS, including proficiency with GPT-driven workflows, LeadConnector, Zapier, and Make platforms is essential.

The ideal candidate understands CRM infrastructure deeply, including data flow architecture, segmentation logic, and comprehensive automation setup.

Experience contributing to SaaS product development life cycles is highly valued, signaling your ability to influence both technical design and strategic vision.

Exceptional communication skills, especially in handling client-facing discussions on complex technical setups and strategic automation roadmaps, are a must.

Bonus qualifications include knowledge and practical experience with AI Agents—developing, deploying, and integrating AI-powered automation for next-level CRM functionality.

Beyond technical expertise, we value problem-solving skills, adaptability, proactiveness, and a passion for innovation in how capital raising platforms can evolve.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Experience with real estate capital raising platforms or SaaS products in alternative assets is a plus.

Background in software architecture design specifically tailored to marketing automation and investor communication funnels.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting capital raising marketing communications is advantageous.

Exposure to AI and machine learning techniques applicable to CRM optimization and investor segmentation enhances your candidacy.

Prior leadership or mentorship roles within technical or cross-functional teams demonstrate your capacity to guide junior staff and scale operations.
