Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

In the Product Owner role you will work with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, operations, marketing, as well as customers to build and execute product roadmaps and continuously seek new opportunities for growth, balancing customer experience and business intent. This position will report directly to the Head of Appbar.

● Own product responsibility for our website and apps

● Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand the customer’s challenges and to uncover unstated needs

● Define the product strategy and roadmap to minimize friction points and drive higher conversion rates and sales.

● Clearly define requirements for features

● Coordinate execution across engineering and business teams to meet deadlines

● Participate in and (potentially) run Scrum ceremonies

● Define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive activities that support the continued growth and health of the product

You have a bias towards action and a proven track record of increasing product quality according to customer needs. You are willing to wear multiple hats as we grow and evolve as an organization.

● 3+ years of professional experience in product management

● Experience working with common product tools such as Jira, PivotalTracker, Product Board, or others

● Experience working on and with highly technical Agile teams

● Proven ability to deliver products

● Be data-driven and have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics

● Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing.
