We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. In this technology-focused role, you will partner with the business to support the Salesforce architectural roadmap. The core accountabilities will be within our Salesforce group to support a variety of software development projects related to our Salesforce Instance. You will have a deep understanding of all CRM-related technologies to successfully partner with the business to develop use cases and define technical.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or a related role.

• Deep understanding of all CRM-related technologies, including Salesforce, and experience in
• developing use cases and defining technical requirements.
• Experience in supporting a variety of software development projects related to Salesforce
• Instances.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business units, customer stakeholders, and
• compliance teams to identify optimal solutions to solve business opportunities.
• Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and translate those into clearly articulated and
• usable technical requirements for the bank's technical resources.
• Ability to work autonomously, build consensus when there are differing opinions, and drive
• projects forward to meet key milestone dates.
• Experience in acting as an intermediary between the business areas and technology teams.
• Ability to quickly identify blockers, requirement gaps, and other constraints, as well as help lead
• the team to overcome these impediments, which will often require outside-of-the-box thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at
• all levels of the organization.
