• Prioritize, assign by specialty, supervise, and document internal business processes and projects.
• Punctually follow up on compliance with the topics assigned to the Business Processes and Continuous Improvement area in a timely manner, as well as the KPIs of the area and the work team in charge.
• Identification of improvements and elaboration of action plans.
• Analysis, creation, and updating of documents.
• Analysis of external customer requirements.
• Analysis of impacts on processes derived from improvement projects

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools, and agile methodologies.
• Previous experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of requirements-gathering techniques and process modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of project management tools and requirements tracking software.
• Understanding of software development concepts and related technologies.
