You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and the process of discovery, design, definition, implementation, and follow-up of the company's product lifecycle. You will lead three interdisciplinary teams on developing disruptive and customer-centric products.
This is a new role and you will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You’ll be the one who identifies the customer need and the larger business objectives that our products will fulfill articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality, always from a differentiation perspective that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity.
Key Activities
1. You will articulate the long-term product roadmap and vision across products and business lines, providing a clear product rational path based in research, competitive landscape, customer pain points and data.
2. You will own the products’ development and full life-cycle, from its conception and identification of needs, design, prioritization of functionalities, implementation, monitoring and improvement according to the high-level roadmap.
3. You will ensure deliverables are met and that high quality is achieved to secure Company’s goals, pushing to take advantage of the cutting edge technologies in UX.
4. You will segment customers and track their needs, collected from several stakeholders and sources: Sales, Digital Experience, Support, Benchmarks, Research, etc.
5. You will implement and follow different products’ UX/CX metrics to ensure it’s on track with product vision and Company’s goals.
6. You will manage and develop a team with Product Owners, IT Technical Leaders, UX/UI designers and QA engineers.
7. You will ensure the proper training and understanding of the products at all contact points with customers.
8. You will manage stakeholders’ expectations, delivering a clear vision on how we win within the markets & products.
Experience
+5 Years leading product teams in tech/B2C fast moving companies.
Experience with gamification, using frameworks like MDA, Octalysis, RAMP among others.
Experience with UI/UX design and trends on different mobile and web platforms
Experience with product design methodologies; Design Thinking or Human Centered Design.
Experience with agile methodologies, ideally with Lean Software Development.
Advanced English written & spoken (at least B2 certification)
