We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy contractor to join our Product team. This role will own the end-to-end product and technical work needed to launch new partners, working closely with our Product Manager for Health Partners and cross-functional teams. You will represent the Product function during implementation, ensuring smooth partner onboarding and timely delivery of all product-related requirements.

Job functions

β€’ Partner Implementation Leadership
β€’ Serve as the Product representative during partner implementation kick-off meetings.
β€’ Understand the specific product offering sold to each partner and align scope with the sales/partnership team.
β€’ Estimate the Product team’s timeline and effort required to meet the go-live date.
β€’ Project Management & Communication
β€’ Attend weekly implementation meetings to provide Product updates and ensure alignment with the partner and internal teams.
β€’ Act as the liaison between the partner implementation team and Product/Engineering, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and prioritized.
β€’ Requirements Gathering & Documentation
β€’ Work with internal stakeholders to collect all requirements from the partner.
β€’ Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that capture functionality, workflows, integrations, and timelines.
β€’ Hand over PRDs to Engineering and track progress until launch.
β€’ Go-Live Support
β€’ Monitor progress, update documentation as needed, and escalate issues impacting timelines.
β€’ Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing account management.

Qualifications and requirements

β€’ 3+ years in product operations, or technical project management.
β€’ Experience with B2B or partner onboarding in a SaaS or marketplace environment.
β€’ Strong understanding of PRD creation and agile delivery processes.
β€’ Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
β€’ Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
β€’ Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
