CareLinx is seeking a fully remote, experienced product manager to accelerate our growth. As a PM, you will be responsible for collaborating with designers, engineers, operations, and other cross-functional team members to identify & implement solutions from start to launch, with initiatives like:

  • Allow families to schedule, interview, and hire caregivers using video conference in the app
  • Scheduling platform for staff to match and deploy nurses to facilities in real-time
  • Integrate with a health plan to provide home care to millions of members and capture insights via care plans

Job functions

  • Work closely with the Heads of Product and Engineering to define the product roadmap.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle through ideation, planning, execution, market-rollout to build products that addresses customer needs and enable our business to grow market share.
  • Leverage data and insights from customer feedback and behavior to learn and inform decisions to test and improve our products.
  • Define, document, and communicate goals, requirements and constraints for product initiatives.
  • Create wireframes, sketch up basic designs for small features, or collaborate with designers for larger projects to define UI for front-end engineers.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers to determine trade offs between effort, benefits, time-to-market to scope and prioritize features on the roadmap
  • Communicate plans, progress, and decisions to internal stakeholders and executives
  • Define key success metrics for initiatives and create reports using data warehouse to track performance.

Qualifications and requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in building online/mobile products, ideally in the health-tech/ consumer space.
  • Track record of thinking outside the box and shipping creative solutions to meet customer's problems.
  • Strong sense of UX and attention to UI details to deliver delightful user experiences.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently with diverse audiences including management, engineering, service advisors, customers, and partners.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with a resilient “Can-Do!” attitude. Can tap on the team to brainstorm on solution, but can also be an independent problem solver when needed.
  • Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup with an evolving business environment.
  • Experience working in a 100% remote position & comfortable working with a distributed, international team.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn the following tools: Sketch/Zeplin (design), Lucidchart (flow charts), Google Analytics, Google docs/sheets/slides, Chart.io (data), Intercom (customer campaign/messaging), Jira (project tracking)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred

Desirable skills

  • 5+ years working experience in an English-only environment where communication with customers, designers, operations are frequent.
  • Preference for experience in healthcare
  • Experience in Sketch or Figma
  • Background in engineering or design a plus but not required.
