Product Manager in Gueno Inc

Güeno is a behavior-based fraud and compliance platform which analyzes users’ identity, device, and behavior signals to score risk transactions in real-time. This helps to stop incidences of fraud for fintechs & crypto at the time of new customer onboarding, account funding, and during payments in and out of digital wallet in LatAm.

• Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors.
• Brainstorm and create new product lines based on market research and feedback from customers
• Translate customer requirements/asks to Market Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents, specs, and Design Docs for engineers.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products.
• Analyze and track engagement and product usage metrics.
• Track and analyze key user metrics in order to form feedback loop to improve our products and services.
• Support clients with technical questions and act as an intermediary between client and engineering development team.
• Keep product development roadmap up to date with customer feedback and requests.
• Develop and maintain product marketing, training, and support materials and programs (demos, scripts, videos, documentation, etc.)
• Work with UX designers and researchers to organize user studies.
• Process and synthesize customer insights to maintain external and internal product roadmaps.
• Host engineering focus sessions as needed on epic-level topics with design and engineering.
• Reach and support team quarterly KPIs activity.

• +1/2+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment.
• Experience in fast-growing tech startups is a plus.
• Love of learning. (technical and otherwise)
• Ability to set the direction, mission and vision for your products.
• Experience in internationally renowned Internet companies, or experience in product development for large Internet platform products are great bonus.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework.
• Data driven experience is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-culturally/cross-functionally.
• Knowledgeable of compliance area and vendor solutions will be an advantage.

Language:

· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to listen and respond in Spanish and English. Both must be spoken well.

Experience in KYC, KYT & Fraud Prevention within wallets, exchanges, and neo-banks.
