What you need:

As a Scrum Master at Reign, you will act as a leader as part of an Agile team to deliver high-value software solutions that contribute to the success of our technology initiatives in an agile environment. Providing overall guidance for the team to adhere to Agile principles and practices. Arranging and scheduling meetings, demos and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use. This includes sprint team backlog grooming, estimating and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning daily standups, and retrospectives. Working with stakeholders and team members. Driving quicker delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity. Facilitating team transparency by escalating impediments and sharing progress by the team to the appropriate channels. Identifying issues and risks, adjusting the scope and identifying tasks necessary to complete planned work. Planning and coordinating testing environments. Guiding the team in self-organization to encourage and motivate the team to focus on iteration goals.

Requirements

  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
  • Communicated with main stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Monitor schedule and cost performance
  • Identify key KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and success
  • Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
  • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.

Technical Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Scrum, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
  • Strong knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
  • Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
  • Familiar with common development practices, Service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.
