Commerce Theory is a boutique digital marketing agency that drives growth for eCommerce brands through performance-driven Meta ads, Klaviyo email marketing, and Shopify optimization. Based in the U.S. with clients in health, wellness, and CPG, we’re seeking a part-time UGC Creator Partnerships Coordinator to fuel our creator network. This role supports multiple brands, coordinating outreach, negotiations, and deliverables to ensure timely content and positive creator relationships. You will work closely with our outbound and creative teams to scale partnerships, manage gifting logistics, and maintain a clean outreach pipeline that tracks progress and performance.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive coordinator to help expand our creator partnerships across multiple brands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrates strong written communication, and is comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously. This role offers flexible, asynchronous work with the potential to grow hours and responsibilities as you prove your impact.
Key responsibilities include identifying high-potential creators, managing daily outreach, negotiating terms, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines. You’ll work closely with outbound, creative, and client-facing teams to ensure a seamless creator experience from gift to final deliverable.
Excellent written English. You will communicate directly with US based creators and must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
Desirable candidates will have prior experience in influencer or creator outreach, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Google Sheets or comparable CRM tools, and a track record of managing multi-brand campaigns are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management abilities are essential. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort with remote collaboration are highly valued.
We provide a flexible work environment that prioritizes asynchronous communication, ideal for work-life balance. This is a part-time, hourly role starting with 10 hours per week, compensated at $10 - $18 USD per hour, depending on experience.
