Overview

We are a specialized secondary market ticketing company dedicated to data-driven inventory acquisition and long-term partnership development with teams and venues.

We are looking for a data-driven professional to lead our inventory acquisition strategy. The role consists in identifying market trends, analyzing historical demand, consumer behavior and scaling our footprint across the live events space.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Sourcing: Analyze historical sales data, venue seat maps and daily reports to identify buying opportunities and execute ticket purchases.
Investment Reporting: Calculate and report on key financial metrics including ROI, Net Profit Margins, and Break-Even Points for every potential ticket acquisition.
Portfolio Management: Monitor current inventory performance across secondary platforms and suggest price adjustments based on real-time supply changes.
Vendor Communication: Manage the 10% of the role focused on outreach (emailing/calling) sports teams or venues to execute wholesale ticket purchases and maintain professional partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

We value analytical logic over specific industry experience. You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

Data Literacy & Navigation: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You can manipulate complex data sets to isolate high-ROI opportunities.
Financial Expertise: A strong grasp of key financial concepts including P&L, ROI, and Gross/Net Margins.
E-commerce/Product Background: You’ve worked in roles like Retail Buying, Category Management, or E-commerce Operations where you were responsible for choosing which products to stock.
Strategic Communication: You can build quick rapport with vendors and navigate wholesale discussions effectively.

Optional Skills

Prior experience in live events, sports, or ticketing domains is a plus but not required. Strong curiosity, self-motivation, and a bias toward action are highly valued.
