Heyraise's mission is to empower alternative asset managers and capital raisers with innovative marketing and operational solutions that enable them to raise funds more effectively. The Automation & AI Engineer will play a crucial role within our dynamic and fast-growing company by developing the operational infrastructure that drives efficiency and scalability. This role contributes directly to both internal business functions and client-facing deliverables through automation and AI-enhanced workflows, helping Heyraise maintain a lean operational model while expanding our capacity. You will collaborate closely with a talented cross-functional team including creative, strategy, and development experts, and will work in partnership with the company’s founder to design scalable solutions that will not only optimize internal processes but may eventually be transformed into marketable products for our clients in the capital raising arena.

We are seeking a passionate Automation & AI Engineer with a deep enthusiasm for designing innovative automation and AI-driven systems. Masters degrees in computer science or decades of experience working in IT systems is not required. Young and hungry, up-and-coming talent is encouraged to apply, if you can prove you have the chops!

You must be comfortable working independently with full ownership over solutions, iterating on builds rapidly, and focusing on long-term architectural maintainability.

Key qualifications include:

• Strong proficiency with automation tools and architectures including Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI APIs, and version control with GitHub.
• Practical experience with AI-based UX/UI platforms such as v0.dev or similar, enabling creative and practical application of AI workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical architecture audits and effectively redesign workflows and tool integrations.
• Experience in building systems that prioritize documentation, maintainability, and scalability.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial systems integrations like Stripe.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about business operations, beyond just technical tasks, enabling effective problem solving at the systems level.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, capable of collaborating directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability to analyze complex organizational bottlenecks and engineer practical, scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and data visibility.
