Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and launching digital ad campaigns across various social media and programmatic platforms. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical skillset who thrives on efficiency, is excited about overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, and is eager to support a fast-paced media team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Trafficking and Campaign Execution: Build and launch ad campaigns on social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, as well as programmatic platforms including The Trade Desk, Google Ads, DV360, Criteo, and select retail media platforms such as Walmart DSP and Roundel Media Studio. This includes ad trafficking capabilities within CM360.
  • Ticketing System Management: Manage ad trafficking requests, prioritizing urgent needs and ensuring all requests are completed efficiently.
  • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to build and maintain an efficient workflow for campaign setup.
  • Targeting & Setup: Apply detailed audience targeting and campaign settings as provided by account teams.
  • Creative Best Practices: Apply creative best practices for each channel, understanding where each line of copy goes and how to customize for different formats and placements to minimize back-and-forth during the quality assurance (QA) process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) and programmatic platforms (The Trade Desk, Google Ads, DV360, Criteo, and retail media platforms like Walmart DSP and Roundel Media Studio).
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with programmatic advertising, including platforms like The Trade Desk or other DSPs. Experience with CM360 is a must-have.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in setting up campaigns, targeting parameters, and applying creative specifications is essential for success.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Time Zone Compatibility: Must be available to work within PST to EST Time zones.
