HyreDay is expanding its Paid Media team with a strong focus on Amazon advertising and marketplace growth. The Marketplace Marketing Strategist will lead end-to-end Amazon PPC initiatives, manage performance across campaigns, and contribute to the ongoing development of HyreDay’s marketplace advertising programs.

This role sits within HyreDay’s Marketing practice and drives a scalable, data-driven approach to paid media that aligns with our brand strategy and business goals. You’ll own strategy development, execution, optimization, reporting, and process improvements that maximize visibility, efficiency, and ROI across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Amazon Advertising strategy from end to end, including campaign planning, setup, optimization, and scale.
  • Perform keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and refine bids and targeting to meet performance goals.
  • Define and track key KPIs (ACoS, CVR, NTB, Top-of-Search), and continuously test and improve campaign results.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management, Senior Marketers, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy.
  • Provide regular performance insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Follow SOPs while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements.
  • Manage campaigns directly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top-tier execution across platforms.
  • Stay ahead of marketplace marketing trends and test new strategies to uplift performance.
  • Plan and implement promotional schedules and seasonal campaigns.

Required skills and experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented digital marketer with strong analytical skills and a passion for building and optimizing marketplace advertising strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and driven by measurable impact. Key qualifications include:
  • 4+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
  • 1–2 years of experience with Walmart, Target+, or other marketplaces (preferred).
  • Proficiency with ad management platforms such as Pacvue or Kapoq; familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Clear and confident communication in both team and client-facing settings.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP or off-Amazon PPC campaigns is a plus.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments and is comfortable owning initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides (or MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Desirable but not required

We would value hands-on experience with additional marketplace advertising tools and a track record of driving scalable growth across multiple marketplaces. Strong project management capabilities, ability to manage conflicting priorities, and a collaborative mindset will help you succeed in HyreDay’s fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
