Role Purpose
This role is responsible for the daily execution of content publishing and active moderation of Shinkai’s social channels, with a strong focus on X (Twitter) and Discord. The Community, Content & Social Media Moderator supports the implementation of the existing marketing and communications strategy defined by the leadership team.
This position is fully operational and does not own marketing strategy, growth planning, reporting, partnerships, or budget decisions.
Core Responsibilities
1. Content Execution
- Publish and distribute content on:
- X (Twitter)
- Discord
- Telegram
- Blog
- Adapt and format content provided by the Marketing Lead for each platform.
- Maintain and update the content calendar already defined.
- Ensure all content follows Shinkai’s brand voice and tone guidelines.
- Upload, schedule, and organize posts and content assets.
2. Community Moderation & Daily Operations (X & Discord)
- Actively moderate X and Discord on a daily basis.
- Monitor conversations, threads, mentions, and comments.
- Enforce community rules and guidelines.
- Detect and manage:
- Spam
- Scams
- Harassment
- Off-topic or harmful content
- Warn, mute, or report users according to internal moderation policies.
- Escalate security, legal, or sensitive issues immediately to the Marketing Lead.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional community environment.
3. Community Support
- Respond to:
- General user questions
- FAQs
- Basic product usage questions
- Provide first-level assistance to users.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and solution-oriented tone at all times.
4. Campaign & Launch Execution Support
- Support the operational execution of:
- Product launches
- Feature announcements
- Community activations
- Coordinate post timing and publishing with internal teams.
- Ensure all scheduled posts go live correctly and on time.
5. Cross-Team Operational Support
- Coordinate with:
- Product team (for clarifications and user issues)
- Marketing & Communications Lead
- Ensure accurate and timely communication across channels.
