The Role

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Reveri and have a large impact on the business.

We seek someone passionate about testing, optimizing and running a best-in-class paid acquisition and channel processes for mobile and subscription-based products.

This role requires analytical rigor and creativity to drive strategic, scalable and sustainable growth across all major mobile paid channels, like; Meta, Google Campaigns, ASA, and TikTok. You will build the foundation of our paid acquisition efforts, test both our App and Web flow and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to support our growth strategy.

  • Lead and own the acquisition marketing strategy, execution and performance budgets for our subscription-based business, including setting the S&OP new customer forecast and oversee always-on performance media budgets.
  • Set the company acquisition strategy based on a deep understanding of our member base and a clear view of our full-funnel conversion metrics, LTV/CAC and revenue goals.
  • Own the attribution and analytics tools and modeling (MMPs), channel reporting, and CPA goal setting to achieve desired IRRs.
  • Manage and collaborate on a streamlined process for continuously creating, launching and testing new ads and messaging campaigns for each specific acquisition channel. Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, product, engineering, lifecycle) to develop and execute marketing campaigns to target key personas across different buying stages.
  • Provide visibility throughout the organization on the health and status of acquisition programs, including weekly recap reports with summary digest, guidance on volume relative to plan, monthly growth analytics meeting prep and reporting, creative learning sharing and creating test launches.
  • Ability to be in the weeds in execution. You have a deep understanding of SKAN 4, conversion-value analysis, ATT framework and campaign optimizations in this new mobile privacy first ecosystem.

Qualifications and requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2C mobile app performance marketing experience. Experience with subscription-based products is a plus.
  • Ability to define quarterly growth roadmaps with aggressive milestones (including quantified KPI + ROAS targets), and to execute on that strategy efficiently.
  • You have a quantifiable record of scaling performance marketing campaigns across major paid social platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, etc.
  • Experience implementing, running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across all major social and search. Managing a budgets of at least $100,000 a month on paid media.
  • Rigorous creative testing methodology and ability to communicate findings to in-house creative team in a way that leverages creative to improve channel performance
  • You area technical executioner, with experience owning and managing an app-based analytics and attribution tech stack, including but not limited to Apps Flyer, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Branch
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to digest large data sets, communicate key insights and build a strong business/product intuition.
  • You have a passion for well-being and mental health spaces.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both in writing and spoken English.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Problem solver, curious and scrappy.

Desirable skills

  • Experience with subscription-based products is a plus.
  • Experience working in 0 to 1 products is a plus.
