We’re looking for a Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our team and help us level up our digital marketing efforts. This role will play a key part in automating workflows, improving our lead generation and nurturing strategies, and creating personalized, effective campaigns.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile, and people-first team where your ideas and contributions will have real impact. You’ll work closely with our recruiting, content, and business development teams to execute smart, data-driven campaigns using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and manage marketing automations in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms
Create email and SMS nurturing campaigns for candidates and leads
Audit, clean, and optimize existing automation workflows
Segment audiences based on roles, responses, and engagement
Set up basic performance dashboards and notification systems
Contribute to brand-building content and funnel strategy

Who You Are

Based in Mexico, fluent in English (written + spoken)
2+ years of marketing automation experience
Hands-on with tools like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot
Strong in email/SMS copywriting, campaign flows, and segmentation

Bonus:

Familiar with Zapier, ClickUp, or landing page builders
Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or B2B services
