Job functions

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Execution

  • Create, edit, and manage blog content, social posts, and website copy (with SEO in mind)
  • Produce LinkedIn and Instagram content to support brand visibility and hiring
  • Edit presentation decks and videos for sales or internal use (Canva + light video tools)

Sales & Admin Support

  • Manage inbound lead tracking and CRM hygiene
  • Help prepare sales decks, pre-call briefs, and follow-up materials
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating sales touchpoints

Internal Operations

  • Track and send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments
  • Conduct vendor research and perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Support ad hoc research, documentation, or system tasks across the team

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor databases and business dashboards
  • Read and interpret data summaries to support decision-making
  • Participate in documentation, SOP drafting, and business writing projects

Qualifications and requirements

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of work experience in operations, marketing, or admin support
  • Prior experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong written English; able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Proficient in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Comfortable switching between tasks and taking initiative independently
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work U.S. Eastern hours

Desirable skills

  • Background in healthcare, healthtech, or pharmacy operations
  • Experience with content writing, SEO, or social media strategy
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or light business analytics
  • Light video editing or design experience
