Digital Marketing Manager in HireLATAM

We are looking for a motivated, creative individual with a proven track record of success. This position involves leading a team of approximately 10 remote employees to develop and execute marketing strategies in line with the company's brand. The ideal candidate should possess strong digital skills, including proficiency in design software, video editing, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate creativity and the ability to create various types of content.

• Manage a team of about 10 people all remote
• Help guide the strategy along with making sure everyone is working and their work is in line with the company brand.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to the leadership team to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, develop and implement social media strategies, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

• Self-starter who is driven to succeed and exceed goals
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing related positions for US based company
• Previous experience managing a marketing team
• Previous experience working in marketing for a US based business
• Use software very easily - a digital native
• Design software and video editing skills
• Creative and skilled at creating various content types
• CRM knowledge
• Fully proficient in English
• Must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean
