Our mission is to empower learners and professionals with accessible, tech-enabled education and tools.

About this Role: This role will serve as the connection between our students, courses and our team and will collaborate with our Chief of Staff to schedule, operate, and automate key business areas. This role will lead program operations for our education business.

Job Functions

  • What You’ll Do

    • Community Management & Engagement
      • Manage and grow our online community in Circle and LinkedIn.
      • Foster meaningful discussions, answer client questions, and connect members with resources.
      • Schedule and run live Zoom sessions, including managing chat/Q&A, breakout rooms, and follow-up.
    • Customer Success
      • Own student onboarding and support via Intercom.
      • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues quickly, and deliver white-glove service.
      • Build trust with real estate professionals by communicating clearly and confidently.
    • Marketing & Communications
      • Draft and publish newsletters via Beehiiv and Kit with compelling, professional copy.
      • Manage Webflow site updates and landing pages with an eye for conversion.
      • Support LinkedIn campaigns to grow brand presence and attract leads.
    • Automation & Operations
      • Build and maintain automations using Zapier across Intercom, Stripe, and GSuite.
      • Create dashboards and reports to track engagement, retention, and client success metrics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Marketing know-how: copywriting, email campaigns, social engagement, and funnel optimization.
  • Customer success experience: managing accounts, building trust, and solving problems.
  • Comfort and confidence working with financially sophisticated real estate and investor clients.
  • Experience with the following tools (or fast learner): Intercom, Webflow, Zapier, Stripe, LinkedIn, Circle, Zoom, Beehiiv, Kit, Slack, and GSuite.
  • Proactive, independent mindset with a bias toward ownership and results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, uncertain early-stage startup environment.
  • Availability to work in US time zones.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in real estate, finance, or investor relations.
  • Experience running live online workshops or cohorts.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
