Your Responsibilities

As a Mobile Native Developer at Zaelot, you will be responsible for leading the development of native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. Your primary goal will be to design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and high-performance mobile codebases. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Your key responsibilities include integrating RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps with backend services, utilizing native SDKs for feature implementation, optimizing app performance for smooth user experience, and ensuring code quality through automated testing. You'll also manage source code with Git and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows to streamline releases.

In addition, you will actively participate in client meetings, providing technical guidance and translating business needs into technical solutions. Your role involves a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration with global teams, requiring advanced English proficiency.

Overall, your contribution will be vital in delivering robust mobile applications that align with our clients' strategic goals and elevate their digital presence.

What We're Looking For

We seek a Mobile Native Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing native applications for iOS using Swift and/or Android using Kotlin or Java. A thorough understanding of mobile development best practices, SDKs, and performance optimization techniques is essential for success.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and proficiency in managing source control systems such as Git are mandatory, as well as familiarity with automated testing methodologies and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Excellent communication skills and prior client-facing experience are required, as this role involves direct interaction with international clients and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should demonstrate advanced English language skills to comfortably operate within a global working environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with deploying mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is highly desirable, as it will allow you to take part in the full product lifecycle.
A good eye for UI/UX design principles is also a plus, empowering you to collaborate closely with designers and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
