Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile React Native Developer, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications designed for both iOS and Android using the React Native framework. Your role includes implementing new features, troubleshooting and debugging existing issues, and enhancing the stability and performance of the applications. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver iterative improvements and timely releases. Additionally, you will be responsible for applying mobile security best practices and integrating cloud services to ensure the robustness and scalability of the applications.

Daily tasks will include code reviews, coordinating with QA, continuous integration, and deployment efforts. You will also contribute to technical documentation and provide mentorship to less experienced developers.

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for a Mobile React Native Developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep understanding of React Native lifecycle and architecture is essential. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is required to thrive in our iterative development environment.

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of mobile security best practices, including data protection, authentication, and secure communication protocols. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, especially services related to mobile backend, storage, and authentication, is highly valued.

Additional required traits include strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, ability to work proactively in a team, excellent communication skills in English, and a mindset oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement. You should be comfortable collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Objective-C for iOS or Java, Kotlin for Android) to complement your React Native expertise would be an advantage. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks for mobile, and performance optimization techniques is highly desirable. Previous experience working in startups or innovation-driven companies will align well with our culture.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and ability to contribute towards user-friendly app interfaces is a plus. Experience with telemetry and analytics tools to monitor application performance and user behavior would also be beneficial.
