React Native Developer in GoalsWon

At GoalsWon, we help individuals achieve their personal goals through accountability human coaching delivered through a user-friendly mobile application.

As part of our tech team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining an existing React Native codebase while directly contributing to the product's evolution.

We operate in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and collaboration are key.

• Refactor and maintain an existing React Native codebase.
• Implement new features in a fast-moving product.
• Collaborate with product and design to understand user needs.
• Own specific areas of the app and gradually clean up technical debt.
• Collaborate with the founder to ship weekly improvements (with support from senior mentors during onboarding).

• 2+ years experience with React Native.
• Proficient in a tech stack that includes React Native, React.js, Redux, and Firebase.
• Comfortable working with legacy and complex codebases.
• Able to work independently and deliver features without micromanagement.

• Can read and write in English (fluency not required).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
