Work closely with the UX/UI designer as well as with the founders, as well as product and design teams to define features requirements and deliver the product that materially impacts the business and improves the customer experience.

Participate in a full life cycle of development - from concept phase to production in a high performance environment.

Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React technologies.

Reviewing application requirements and interface designs together with UX/UI specialists.

Develop and maintain various internal tools that manage the forecasting, customer services and marketing workflows.

Excellent communication skills in technical/architecture decisions via design docs, tech talks, and documentation.

End to end responsibility for getting Production ready features to the finish line.

Need to demonstrate intellectual curiosity by researching, experimenting, sharing and educating the team on new software methods that can be used in our front-end.

Develop well-factored codebases with test coverage.

• +1 years of experience with React Native.
• +2 years of experience with Javascript.
• Experience implementing Native Modules.
• Basic understanding of the life cycle of a mobile app.
• Basic understanding of the workflow on Android Studio and Xcode.
• Have at least one App published in the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Deep understanding of Functional Programming.
• Deep understanding of Flex Box.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS Styled components.
• Experience with Redux, Redux Sagas, Immutable.
• Experience with automated front-end testing.
• Can review code efficiently and give feedback on it.
• Organized and structured, ability to reliably deliver on plans and forecasts.
• Proven ability to execute in a fast paced environment.
• Pro-active attitude and doing what it takes to get the job done.

You should be able to organize your own work, make decisions and meet deadlines without needing external pressure or supervision.
